Ways we can work together

Support for the conversations
that matter most.

Sex and relationships can be tender, complicated, joyful, and hard to talk about. Here’s how we can work together—in person in Helena, Montana, or online across Montana, Arizona, and Idaho.

Three ways
to begin.

Every relationship—with a partner, with your body, with yourself—is different. We’ll shape the work around what you need.

Sex & intimacy therapy

A supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore desire, intimacy, and the stories you carry about your body and sexuality. This might mean working through mismatched desire, pain or discomfort during sex, outgrowing messages about sex you learned long ago, or healing from sexual trauma at a pace that feels right for you. Whatever brings you here, you set the pace and nothing is off the table.

Couples counseling

Find your way through disconnection, recurring conflict, and changing needs. Couples work here makes space for honest conversations—about sex, about trust, about what closeness looks like now versus what it used to look like. Whether you’re navigating a transition, rebuilding after a rupture, or simply wanting to feel like a team again, we’ll work at understanding one another and rebuilding connection.

Individual therapy

Make sense of relationship patterns, anxiety, body image, and the parts of yourself that are ready for more ease and connection. Individual therapy is a place to bring whatever feels heaviest—the questions you haven’t known where to ask, the feelings you’ve been carrying alone, and the change you’re ready for.
